Company Drivers:

Driver Requirements

• Minimum 22 years old.

• Must have 6 months verifiable OTR experience in the past 36 months.

• Must possess a valid CDL in the state where you reside.

• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.

• No more than 1 preventable accidents in the past three years.

• No DUIs, DWIs or any other violations involving drugs or alcohol within the last 5 years.

• Must have stable work history.

• Must complete a company D.O.T. physical and drug screen.

 

Home Policy:

We guarantee four days off a month. Our drivers choose the length of time they are away from home with a minimum of fourteen days on the road.

 

Equipment:

• Conventional tractors (permanently assigned).

• Late Model Equipment.

• 10 speed transmissions (some auto shift).

• Power steering, am/fm stereos, air-ride suspension, ABS braking and cruise   control.

• Dry box trailers

• Comprehensive maintenance program.

• Qualcomm Communications.

• In Cab E-Mail.

 

Weekly Paychecks:

Pay on Delivery, your trips are paid automatically by our computer system based on the delivery date. All trips delivered by midnight Monday night will be paid the following Friday.

Direct Deposit, drivers paid weekly. You may choose to have your pay deposited directly into your bank account, loaded onto your ComData card or mailed to your home.

Benefit Summary:

Major medical and life insurance begins the first day of the month following 90 days of continuous employment (upon tractor assignment). (Subject to enrollment in employee Section 125 Cafeteria Plan).
